 Roll Sushi
 
±è¾È¿¡ ¿©·¯°¡Áö Àç·á¸¦ ³Ö¾î »ï°¢ÇüÀ¸·Î ¸»¾Æ ±è¸¶³¢¸¦ ¸¸µé¾î º»´Ù.  
 
- Sushi Rice
1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cups rice

- Roll Sushi
Sushi rice, 6 sheets Seaweed (uncut, about 20 cm by 20 cm), tuna, Cucumber (cut into 10-cm-long strips), Avocado, Crab meat, Wasabi
 
 



- Sushi Rice

1. Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar and store in a glass container.

2. Cook rice, using equal amounts of rice and water.

3. Empty rice into a large, flat container and sprinkle about half the vinegar dressing.
  
 4. Mix the rice and vinegar with cutting strokes, fanning the rice at the same time to cool quickly.
 
  
- Roll Sushi
  
 1. Cut seaweed in half with a scissor and place two heaped tablespoons of sushi rice on the right side.
  
 2. Lightly coat the rice with wasabi and top with other ingredients.
  
 3. Roll the seaweed into a cone by folding over from the bottom right corner.
  
 4. Dip in soy sauce and eat right away, before the seaweed goes stale.
