Wooden chopsticks or the same size wooden sticks, Toothpaste Box, Clothes Peg, Construction Paper, Pencil, Pen, Paint, String

 1. The wooden sticks, that are both about 40cm long.

 2. Use a pencil to pierce a hole in one of the boxes at the point where you want the first bar to go. Repeat the process a few centimetres down, where you want the other bar to be.

 3. Make two holes on the other box, in corresponding positions.

4. Insert the sticks into the holes.

 5. Tape around the ends of the canes where they go into the box to strengthen the joins.

 6. Paint the sticks and make a horse's jump.

 7. Draw around a clothes peg onto the construction paper.

 8. Use the peg as a guide to draw the horse's head.

 9. Don't forget the bridle!

 10. The horse's head out and color in with paint.

 11. Glue the clothes peg to the back of the head.

12. Make sure that the open part of the peg is behind the mouth.

 13. Clip the horse's head to the bars so that it looks as though the horse is peeping over.

 14. Tie two bits of wool or ribbon with beads on the end to represent legs, and then attach a note.

15. Tie some string around the top to enable you to hang it up.
